BW cycloid reducer is a new type of transmission mechanism with short-amplitude external cycloid as tooth profile and internal meshing planetary transmission. Compact structure: planetary mechanism is adopted, the input and output axes are on the same axis. Its weight and volume are 1/2~1/3 of the involute gear reducer.

Large transmission ratio: the first transmission ratio is 11 to 87, and the second transmission ratio is 121 to 7569.

The transmission efficiency is high: because the pin-tooth meshing transmission adopts sleeve rolling friction, the meshing surface has no relative sliding. The single-stage transmission efficiency is 0.9~0.94.

Running smoothly: In cycloidal transmission, more than half of the theoretical teeth are loaded at the same time, the overlap coefficient is large, and the operation is stable. Reliable, low noise, high overload capacity.

Long service life: The main parts are all treated by necessary heat treatment. They have good wear resistance, high strength and long service life.

Turn to the opposite direction: the input axis and the output axis rotate in the opposite direction.
