NGW planetary gear reducer

NGW planetary gear reducer mainly consists of solar wheel, planetary wheel, inner gear ring and planetary frame.

In order to distribute the loads of the three planetary wheels evenly, the gear floating mechanism, i.e. the sun wheel or the planetary frame floating, or the sun wheel and the planetary frame floating at the same time, is adopted. The gears in the reducer are spur involute cylindrical gears. It has the following characteristics:
1. Small size, light weight, under the same conditions, lighter than the ordinary involute cylindrical gear reducer by more than 1/2 of the weight, smaller by 1/2-1/3.
2. High transmission efficiency: single-stage planetary gear reducer 97%-98%; two-stage planetary gear reducer 94%-96%; three-stage planetary gear reducer 91%-94%.
3. The transmission power range is large: from less than 1 KW to 1300 KW, or even larger.
4. Large transmission range: I = 2.8-2000
5. Strong adaptability and durability. The main parts are made of high-quality alloy steel through carburizing and quenching or nitriding treatment. The planetary gear reducer operates stably with low noise and is ordered to operate for more than 10 times.
NGW planetary gear reducer has three horizontal series: single stage, two stage and three stage. Mainly used in metallurgy, mining, lifting and transportation machinery and equipment, but also can be used for other similar industrial and mining conditions for power transmission.
The maximum speed of the high speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 r/min.
The circumferential speed of the gear does not exceed 10m/s.
The working environment temperature is -40-45 degrees Celsius.
It can operate in both directions. An important feature of NGW planetary gear reducer is that one planetary gear is shared between internal and external meshes.
